I would love to see more about the non – alcoholic pairings, I can't drink alcohol and i never had the chance to see a restaurant with a non-alcoholic pairing. I would love to see what to expect from these since they are so unconventional in my eyes

the actually so called Basque Country is not a country, is a part of Spain, composed by Alava, Bilbao and Guipúzcoa…with a rich tradition in regional cuisine as in the rest of parts of the common nation
I was there w/ my family last year. Absolutely Phenomenal! It was so nice because of the casual vibe & wonderful staff. Best beer & cider I've ever had. Sat at the bar & had more fun than any other Michelin restaurant we've been to.

I have watched soo many videos from Alexander, but this one seems more special. The dishes really looked amazing, great smiling staff and all. Seems like a clear 3 Michelin star restaurant… and that Pasta dish… damn i really wanted to taste that after Alexanders reaction. 😋

Jesus loves you guys so much. Seek him with all your heart and you’ll find him.
But why do we need Jesus to Safe us ?
Since we’re human from time to time we do wrong and don’t love God and treat others the way we should.
The Bible calls that sin.
And the wages of sin is death.
Since God is Just and Holy he can’t overlook our wrongdoings.
But as well as Just, God is Loving and therefore he took our Punishment . God became man in Jesus Christ and took the Penalty by dying on a cross and 3 days later he rose from the dead.
He defeated Death and promises eternal life to everyone who puts his faith in him.

For the price , it's a joke…you can eat a week in San Sebastian for that money much better than in that place.
I love fine dining so much, the idea that we can push cooking so far, and I yet feel crushed by how far it is to most people's reach. This price for one dinner is higher than what I have in a month.
