🍝 Ravioli in Truffle Sauce

Sauté shallots in olive oil/butter until golden
Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until tender
Pour in heavy cream and black truffle seasoning
Toss with cooked ravioli

🦐 Garlic Butter Shrimp

Boil shrimp (with tails on) for 2-3 minutes
Shock in ice water to keep tender
Serve with:

Creamy Garlic Dip: Mayo + grated garlic + lemon + Dijon

Zesty Cocktail Sauce: Ketchup + horseradish + Worcestershire
