And Vanderpump Rules’ Stassi Schroeder and fiance Beau Clark took another major step in their relationship on Sunday, revealing they’d purchased their first home together. The 31-year-old beauty has officially moved into a Mediterranean style Hollywood Hills property, priced at $1.7 million.Scroll down for video ‘Homeowners AF,’ she captioned a happy shot outside their new home. Stassi was dressed in a white sweater and a pair of black full-length tight. She styled her blonde hair back into a natural bun and held up one of her dogs for the photo. Beau also dressed casually in a grey top and joined his lady love in holding up their new keys. Stassi even took to her Instagram stories earlier in the day to show their first moments as homeowners in their multiple level home.’Finally popping our engagement gift from @lisavanderpump,’ she captioned while Beau opened a bottle of champagne. And while the home had sprawling views and features, it was the air conditioning that the New York Times bestseller was most excited about.’Finally have central AC. I’ve made it.’ The couple’s new investment is situated in Hollywood Hills with gorgeous panoramic views of the canyons and lots of natural light. The bedrooms were also blessed with large open windows that allowed the sunlight to shine through. Stassi and Beau’s new kitchen features a large island for extra cooking space and seating as well as a built in pizza oven. The soon-to-be newlyweds will also have the option as to where they’d like to eat. Other than the kitchen, the new home has a formal dining area, intimate outdoor setting as well as a spacious outdoor entertaining area. The couple’s purchase comes after co-stars, Tom and Katie, Tom and Ariana, and Jax and Brittany all recently bought houses too. However unlike Stassi and Beau’s Mediterranean Hollywood Hills abode, the trio have made purchases in the Valley with incredibly similar properties. Stassi announced her engagement to casting agent, Beau Clark, in July 2019 after two years of dating. They plan to wed during the summer of 2020 in Italy.
