This is a day when I’m staying home and don’t have to go to work, so I’m taking the time to relax and do what makes me feel good. This video is meant to show the beauty of small everyday moments. Take a step back and focus on your own needs. Avoid the rush of everyday life and make time for self-care. My day starts with a nutritious breakfast and some journaling time. I use this time for reflection. After that, I like to get creative by painting and using dried flowers. It’s lunchtime, so I’m spending some relaxing time in the kitchen. I like to take care of my garden and then spend some time outside. To wrap up my free day, I put some tulips in a vase to make my home more cozy. This video is meant to be an invitation to slow down, listen to ourselves more, and be present in the moments we live ❤️
