Today we are going to show you how to make Penne Pasta with Beef Tikka Masala. We love both Italian pasta and Indian food, so why not fusion it? The spices work well in this dish, it has enough heat but not overwhelming. Garam masala adds hints of sweetness, warmth and a bit of a floral aroma. Turmeric gives this dish an earthy, gingery scent with a hint of bitterness in flavor. Cumin has a bit of an earthiness as well as nuttiness. Cayenne adds nice heat to the dish, while the acidity of the tomato balances it out perfectly. The yogurt adds creaminess as well as neutralized the flavor. This is very simple, flavorful and great for a week night meal. Serve this alongside some garlic naan or a nice salad, your taste bud will thank you for this.
