Organized by the Italian Trade Agency & the Italian Government Tourist Board (ENIT) with the support of Pulia region, in Novemeber 20, 2025, a cooking show was demonstrated by a world-renowned Italian chef and Michelin star chef Cristina Bowerman focusing on the cuisine of the Puglia region to the 50 specially invited guests as well as streaming live show at Instagram. In particular, the dishes that anyone can easily make were presented using ingredients from the Puglia region that were introduced in Korea.
It was an event that combined food, beverage, and tourism promotions along with explanations of hidden tourist spots in the Puglia region.
