Located at the historic @metropolemonaco the brand-new Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac is a reimagined fine dining concept reflective of its rich history, with a nod to the original “Les Ambassadeurs” restaurant that existed at the property in the 1920s. It features French gastronomy with specialty dishes in what is known as the “Cussac Style” or approach of “three flavors per dish. All dishes are served to guests following a theater-like choreographed service across several “acts,” or courses, placing personalization and intimacy at the forefront.
It took about 3 hours for the experience and expect to spend between $250 – $400 per person.
But! It’s worth it.
