  1. Hey Jason. That’s a lot of maintenance in the driveway and in front of the home with that grass. Unique kitchen colors. The island countertops and chairs. Like the bar seating in the backyard to the kitchen. Beautiful outdoor seating. Unique pool. Would’ve liked it a little bigger. Outdoor kitchen is mint. Love the primary. Lovely en-suite. Another nice , quirky home

  2. I watch this house done by 2 other YouTubers and you killed it. I finally feel like I seen the whole house. ❤

  3. Good grief do any of these people speak truth besides Arvin? Electric panel out in the opening on a $11 million. I am not realtor, architecture, interior designer. A 2- year old could do better job. These people have their heads up you know what.

  4. I appreciate your effort, but this house does not have a foyer, which is the transitional space between outdoor and indoor, and it's always inside the home, not outside. The best architects will never design a home of that scale without one. You simply described part of the entrance.

  5. Estoy confundida una influencer española hace unos meses subió un tiktok mostrando la casa asegurando vivir ahí como es que está en venta

  6. Grass is actually stronger than concrete. The pattern of the driveway with the grass coming out it's going to be a problem in the future

  7. Take the grass out from the driveway and we got a deal lol. It just looks weird to have all that grass for a driveway and I already see some dying, bad design choice.

  8. Boring, uninspired. Dull layout. Tiny pool and no water views. Strange driveway. Hard pass

  9. This is the first house I see where the Spanish influence and Tobal (Architect et.al) is done sort of right. But not quite the cigar. The interior design is miles above average American interior design in luxury houses. Furniture is Italian and wood finishes clearly Marbella influenced. Most attempts at importing the beautiful "Marbella/Zagaleta" influence to America is done poorly but in this one it is executed with some flair.
The problem here is the amount of space as you enter the house. Most luxury houses fall into this mistake. Hardly ever will someone sit there unless you are the Ambassador to some country. The house has so much space that the architect and interior designers fill it up with so many places to sit down with an end result that no-one will hardly get the opportunity to sit in them all
Could have been better if that space was used for "staff" use or even an attached "Granny flat" for the in-laws. Anyone who can afford this has help. Give them some space.
And that kitchen is pure Polyform. Absolutely stunning.
Even a dirty kitchen would be more productive.
And that green bathroom is a typical throwback. They just couldn't resist to put a tacky spot in the midst of all the beauty. The idea was probably that "we have to have some Spanish/Florida somewhere in the house since it is in Florida" and the result is that bathroom.
And that "Art" is horrendous. It needs to go. Replace it with a large(ish) indigenous hardwood tree. Yes, buy a big one, they bring it and plug it in. Instant 20 years of tree. Might add 20 G's to the price. Who cares, right?
