  4. The chorizo, pepper and prawn bake is one of my faves. I often cook it ahead for lunches. So tasty with the smoky chorizo and sweet peppers. Yum!

  6. Quite a few recipes with prawns and salmon. 46:40 "Everyone's buying prawns most of the time." Prawns (and salmon?) must be a lot cheaper in the UK than they are in Australia.

  7. 1:13:16 If you're making a paste which in the end has nothing to do with, and no ingredients of, Italian pesto, don't call it pesto. Call it paste. Or if you're going Greek-inspired, call it the Greek for paste. But the mush you make here has nothing to do with pesto.

    1:22:10 Equally, if you're making a ragu that has nothing to do with a genuine Bolognese ragu, don't don't call it Bolognese. Just call it ragu, or even sauce.

  10. One of the greatest most loved chefs in the world. I screamed my throat dry when he bursted through MasterChef Australia’s door. I remember constantly commenting on their facebook posts to bring Jamie and they finally did. I hope he becomes a regular. Every season should have a Jamie-week 😁 Thank you for making my teen years great Jamie. We had 4 channels working on our tv and etv streamed your cooking shows every Saturday afternoon. My love for cooking shows started watching you 🥺❤
