It's utter nonsense. Thai flavours masquerading as something else. Three Michelin Stars??? Nonsense. I cook professionally in France and know Thailand pretty well. Great Thai food is really wonderful, this is pretentious nonsense.
I just finished reading Forbidden Chef Secrets and honestly, it's packed with stuff I’ve never seen in regular cookbooks. The way it explains everything changed how I cook at home.

Thai when done well is incredible. Try Indonesian, some of the I had was in Holland where I had my reception a farm house, we had a wedding dinner before the wedding afternoon as i remember but boy two home cooks served the food. Best I have ever had.
Michelin restaurants? Overrated gastronomy circuses. You pay a fortune to play aristocrat, enduring pretentious food lectures and unintuitive menus needing instruction just to eat. The real dish is the boastful Instagram post – pure ego trip.

The price is misleading. There was no hint of a second diner, yet there were 2 meals charged.
