My mum visited some friends in Valtellina (North of Italy, in the Alps, close to Lake Como), and her friends taught her how to make Pizzoccheri, a super typical dish from Valtellina, Italy. But hey… if the original and traditional recipe says 400 GRAMS of butter, you put 400 grams of butter. No questions asked! =) In the end… they sure were DELICIOUS!
