Property in Italian hill top towns all have their beauty and own story but not all have deep and fascinating history. Corinaldo in Le Marche has it all. I have been invited to visit a special property and meet the family that has researched their home and family history and created a unique space that I am pleased to share.
I also have a little fun with the critics who favour how to channels.
The lifestyle of living in Italy is wonderful. The simple life. The interesting life that is full of variety and adventure. I hope that I capture the fine blend of house renovation and lifestyle in this video.
Part one covers my little house project while part two shows what you can really achieve if you are looking for a major renovation project and one with centuries of history attached to it.
As always, thank you for being here and for all your comments and support.
Richard.

Another belter! Well done. Also loving the fancy editing/production. You did Aldo and Ale proud. Previous comments speak for themselves re content. Can’t wait for the next episode.
Be you, talk all you want…it’s your channel, if they don’t like they don’t have to watch….its hard enough doing all this on your own..different if you had someone doing all the camera work then you could show more….love your channel..🙋🏻♀️🌻
Большое спасибо владельцев старинного дома Коринальдо. Что бережете старину.
Enjoying the tour built before 1600.
Amazing.. and the Human Hair Art i have seen that done before it's fascinating. Thanks to the Family and you Richard. Love this Video.
Now More wine Please 🍇✌️😋👍☮️
I‘am also a finisher 🍇🍷🍇🍾…😁😉
Your Video‘s Are Great…love to watch
This video was great. Objectively, I’d say it was an improvement as it was more contiguous and a bit less jumping around (which I didn’t mind previously). I also think your music choices were good too. The addition of that tour of the B&B was fantastic.
No way,we luv the 'idle' chit chat and your best efforts to turn your dream, slowly into reality. All your followers in no rush so take your own time,we luv it 😊
Great Channel and I think the colours great 😊
No idea why anyone would whinge about your videos… not saying you're perfect – after all you are a cyclist… – but the format and commentary are fine, and you are working well on the place. Keep it up… 👍
Primitivo wine is usually 14g… so one of the strongest! Be careful even if I must admit is very good!
Ps: DOCG = Designation Of Controlled and Granted Origin
We really enjoy your channel. Quickie question …concerns about the large new window not being able to open? Keep up the hard work as it will all be worth it!
I agree with the other comments: You don't have to appeal to every viewer. Your videos and especially your monologues 🙂 are good just the way they are. I always look forward to your videos. Please don't change anything! 💮💮💮
There's nothing like a cross breeze. The sweet smells of Italy. When your home smells and looks amazing, you feel uplifted and happy. It's starting to look amazing! Keep up the good work. It always pays off in the end. Continue with positive energy. Your a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
Ciao Richard, adoravo di più la parete colorata, rispetto al restante bianco. Era bellissima! Metteva il risalto la finestra. 😍😍Ciao e buon lavoro.👋
Well, I quite like the colour 😊
Everyone is an expert, so it seems. For my taste, I liked the sandstone color you first tried. With darker trim, great contrast.
Can you share the name of those pastries you had in Corinaldo? Thank you for these videos! Amazing storyline this time. Appreciate all the time you take to put them together. P.S. The revised paint used keeps the room nice and bright. Excellent choice!
Wow. Nice job on the ceiling. I'm renovating too, but in Puglia, on a trullo. Cheers
Great video Richard

Hi Richard, what a fabulous and very interesting video. 700 years of ❤ what a beautiful tribute to their ancestors, amore vinche sempre = love always wins. Loved the history and those antiques wow, amazing. Great video Richard thank you for taking us along. Xx
I like your videos.
Great job with the plastering .. I have the same problem with wine it evaporates as soon as you open it 🤔😊
Love your criticism at the lounge chair critics , I had a giggle , don’t change it’s why I like your show I restore in Aus and over the years I find the lounge chair critics have never got out of there chair to restore anything but have huge opinions
Be yourself…. We love you videos 👏👏👏💪
Loved seeing this weeks video so interesting and beautiful to see this old house with its history and the lovely people.
Hey Richard, I a long time viewer first time commenter. You are doing a great job!
dude, the direct descendents of Francesco Sforza??! Unbelievable!
Battista Sforza married Federico da Montefeltro, the Duke of Urbino. The history of this family is incredible. The story of Federico's nose is one of my favorites, and extremely brutal.
Beautiful house, very nicely restored.
Absolute banger of a video!
😮 Sorry Richard, I think this episode should’ve been divided into 2 parts.
One with your usual progress, musings, and work on your house ✨Then a 2nd separate episode with the tour.
💕A beautiful house tour. What an incredible step back in time. The family are wonderfully proud of their home & family history. Well done Richard for promoting such a delicious slice of Le Marche history. Grazie 💕. Xxx
Hey mate, we don't watch your channel for the renovation. We love watching your channel because our family really enjoy your company. Just keep doing what you're doing buddy.
Friends from down under. 😊👍
13:11 just having the insulation and the shiplap board on the ceiling and paint on the wall makes such a huge difference!
The room will look fabulous 🥰
cant keep everyone happy, main thing is you CAN finish a bottle of wine 😝
wow this house tour was so impressive and all its history and you can stay there as well, thank you for this viewing 🙂
Ahh good old Primitivo. That’s our favourite grape too. Haven’t had many bad ones. Check out some Appassimento’s too 😉
Slow and steady wins the race, Richard. Most of us are enjoying the journey.
Corinaldo is beautiful. It really captured our hearts when we visited last year. Fabulous buildings and architecture.
Hola amigo from the florida keys….I've been with you since the start don't change a freaking thing that's why I love watching you…your videos are real not staged…
😂 Nice Home
We all love the talking & stories don’t change a thing for the negative people…
👍👍🇬🇧🙏
Oasis ticket is a proper result 👍👍👍
the white ceiling nooo, you had to make it wood color
Loved that one! That room is starting to look very smart, well done.
hahaha i love how the 20 minutes of 'the house' was half you talking about drinking wine hahahahahahahhaha love it
Wow window white walls and ceiling all look great! Keep on keeping on & thank you.
As always, a fantastic video! Stay authentic! We appreciate all of the extra work you put in filming, editing, and being thoughtful about what might be interesting. Thumbs up to the all white. Decor, plants, and your blue sofa…it will all come together 😊🇮🇹
Keep the chattering, your channel is so much more than just slapping plaster on walls.
What an amazing house. Italy at its finest, and what wonderful people.
What a delightful couple!! The house tour was so interesting. Looking forward to the wine your….
I enjoyed the mix of house restoration and seeing inside such an impressive house with all that history. Corinaldo – “ run high” I’ll certainly remember that name now!! Thank you
Ignore the haters, Rich. Your videoes are one of the standout highlights of my YouTube habit. Love what you're doing up here!
