Dexter, Creativity and Italian Wedding Soup
Our latest snow fall blew in Friday night but it was SO windy Saturday night and then we got some more snow. Hubby wasn’t feeling good today so he couldn’t use the snow plow. To give Dexter some exercise as well as myself, we went out to shovel a lil bit of snow. You will then find me I re-creating some stickers sheets. The Wedding Italian Soup has been a favorite of mine for many years. I can live on soup if it were up to me. I ended up not being too crazy with the Smoked Apple chicken sausage I used in this recipe but the store I went to didn’t have much of a selection. Perhaps next time I’ll just leave it out completely. Anyways, the soup was great, I had more today and always tastes better a day later. If you make it let me know how you liked it.
