  1. For foreign friends: "italian seasoning/spices" is a premade mix of Rosemary oregano basil thyme and marjoram. Specific brands will have different mixes and maybe some extras like salt or garlic.

  2. In weights during higschool we did egg yolks (one or two) in orange juice and a scoop of pre workout. Gross. But when feeling cool/tough for drinking it adds +10 badass, you drink it or youre a p×$$€

  3. half of this was brandon puking just like every single one of these and its not about the cooking hardly at all.
Makes me never want to actually get pepperbox

  4. This guy is cooking like a real man. That's because as men we don't measure. We just pour or cover with dry spice's and stir it all in to get it eventually mixed. Sometime's we cover heavy with dry spice other time's just enough so we see it. Quick simple easy with less clean up later.

  5. Thanks for that Donut I enjoy cooking . My mom and late wife got me into cooking so yeah , I would love to watch you on your channel but can't afford it right now . Please please don't stop what you are doing

  6. Hey Donut, MSG was originally used on lab rats to get them to eat more. Then the food industry heard and started putting it in processed foods. Also, that's when people started developing allergic reactions to MSG.
    So ya, MSG is bad.

  7. Saying that msg does nothing bad can be a bit misleading, specifically because there is evidence that correlates msg with some neurological and psychological disorders like Alzheimer’s. But those are also numbers that correlate similarly to people with generally unhealthy behaviors and tendencies, so technically there is no concluding evidence but there are many correlations and accusations going around relating to msg.

  8. So, I viscerally hate egg yolks with that weird skin on them—and i still hate unstrained milk too, for that matter.

Here’s what I do with the yolk: first, separate it from the white and place the yolk in a clean paper napkin. Then gently close the napkin around it—the napkin will stick to the outer skin and any of the stringy bits (like the embryo or chalazae).

Next, use a toothpick to pierce the yolk, and let the contents pour out into a cup. The skin will stay behind in the napkin—clean and neat.

I like mixing that strained yolk with about half its volume of butter and a little salt. Then I put it on ultra-low heat until it thickens just a bit and gets a nice, slightly viscous texture.

That’s it—perfect eggs to spread on bread.

i asked chat gpt to clean my ideas, cuz i just aint thinkin' straight… its 6:30 AM saturday here in Romania
