Just FYI, and I hope this doesn't hurt too much, but real champagne cannot be made in America. You can make sparkling wine, but real champagne only comes from one region in France. Period. End of story. There is a very large industry out there of AMERICAN owned businesses that depend on real champagne. Its not just for the fancy, its truly drank in all regions of the US and its territories. It is a huge disaster even if you're own "field of vision" limits your viewpoint to that of the dashboard of your 83 Honda Accord.
