  1. Traditionally you would not use cream, only mascarpone and I personally think that tastes better. Just better texture and more intense taste. But little heavy cream also workes

  3. I wanted to be extra sure the eggs were done so it kind of turned hard with the sugar but once the cheese was all in and mixed with kitchen aid the result was perfect.
