I made this up – so I call it Spinach Pie. I’ve been making this forever and it is one of my wifes FAVORITE things for lunch, or with Buffalo beans ( which I usually make along with it)(side note on the beans-I was making thows 20 years before you EVER saw a can in a store – theives )

Simple, easy, vegetarian, awesome…I can not say enough about these Spinach lovelies .
1 can spinach
1 can cubes potato
1/4 onion
1/4 cup hot sauce ( Frank’s )
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
Bread dough
2 eggs
water
