Fuku ramen is the worst ramen place in the amsterdam, don’t fool people. They do shit for regular visitors. Specifically, they don’t add truffles to ramen (what a heck, no one should add truffle to ramen).

4850 Is the real deal. So many places offer "swedish cinnamon buns" but they're mostly not. These guys have the real ones. During evenings it is also amazing. Had such a great 5 course there once. Can highly recommend.

just yesterday went to Stacks Diner for the start of a date night and worried exactly about the same thing: the word diner sets you off somewhere else, but the place turned out to be so much more, and the steak was great indeed

It’s interesting how tourist experience the city. To us it’s the neighborhoods around the inner center we prefer going out for dinner to. Our neighborhoods are not just for living but they are their own little towns 🙂 We go to the inner center by FORCE if we can’t get whatever we need to get there online.
