Ramsey seems to have a minimum vocabulary with reliance on the F word in place of reasonably intelligent communication. No excuse is acceptable. Really don't care about his reputation as a chef. The theme of the program is remediation of bad restaurants and has appeal but Ramsey can be done without. Not sure of his prancing about.

The real that was sticking into his hand is really gross.

Gross! The chef rubbing his nose while cooking without washing his hands and changing his gloves. The fry oil is dirty. The restaurant is so outdated including the kitchen. The chef if you can call him that, is a nasty mouthed loser.
I never wanted to be a chef, because I wouldn't be able to hold myself back from eating my food. Now I know how these kind of chefs do it: just make food you wouldn't eat yourself.
I never understand any of these kitchen nightmares and I'm being sarcastic when I say that would you live like that in your home would you have all that crap in your couch cushions with your dishes be that nasty or kitchen be that gross and why do you let your restaurant the owners are just as responsible as everybody else and all these I've seen the owners are never fully paying attention almost all of them I've seen they just let s*** go you're an adult if you want your restaurant to look like that I can imagine your home looks worse

The sandwich is called a Monte Cristo. Popular in the 70s and 80s. Egg dipped bread, sliced turkey, ham, mozzarella cheese and yes as gross as it sounds powdered sugar. That’s how it was served.
That's sad 😭 it closed it's doors in 2017 & Nyla retired in 2018. She was actually a wonderful person & anyone would love to dine at her restaurant. I wish they hadn't given up.
Now I know Ramsay is being dramatic. It is VERY common to dust a Monte Cristo with powdered sugar.
