Ingredients (for 2 servings):

‎200g spaghetti

‎4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

‎4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

‎1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)

‎Fresh parsley (chopped)

‎Salt (to taste)

‎Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

‎Grated Parmesan (optional)


‎Instructions:

‎1. Cook the Pasta:

‎Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

‎Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

‎Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.


‎2. Prepare the Garlic Oil:

‎In a large pan over low heat, add olive oil.

‎Add sliced garlic and red chili flakes.

‎Cook slowly until garlic is golden and fragrant (do not burn it!).


‎3. Combine Pasta & Sauce:

‎Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss well.

‎Pour in a little reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.

‎Stir in fresh parsley and mix well.

‎4. Serve:

‎Plate the pasta and drizzle with extra olive oil.

‎Optionally, add black pepper and Parmesan cheese.

‎Serve hot and enjoy!
