  1. It looks fine but I generally prefer prosciutto only one way- cold, thinly sliced with the white bread (not pre sliced) innards. Everything else is fine but I think I like the meaty taste too much to spoil it with anything else. Now if you used some other cold cut like smoked pork neck or meaty smoked bacon or even nice sausage I"d like it more in pasta dishes. But I like the concept. Not one dimensional yet not overcrowded with 99999 ingredients.
