Discover my Top 5 Kitchen Hacks to Unlock Your Food’s Epigenetic Superpowers (FREE GUIDE) 👉 https://drlucia.com/
Growing up in an Italian kitchen taught me more than recipes—it revealed powerful genetic secrets that science now confirms. As a epigenetics scientist, I’ve discovered why this classic food pairing works at the DNA level.
In this video, you’ll learn:
– Why cooking tomatoes makes them 164% more powerful for your genes
– The exact amount of olive oil scientifically proven to boost health
– How to avoid common mistakes that destroy these foods’ gene-boosting benefits
🔬 THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE SECRET:
Traditional Italian cooking pairs tomatoes with olive oil for a reason! Tomatoes contain lycopene, a powerful compound that can influence genes involved in protecting your skin, heart, and more. But there’s a catch—your body can’t access raw lycopene effectively.
Heat acts as the key that unlocks lycopene from tomato cells, while olive oil provides the fat needed for your body to absorb it. My grandmother’s slow-cooking method maximizes both processes!

Grazie dottoressa
Grazie!

Dr. Lucia and her explanations are like tomatoes cooked with olive oil…a beautiful combo of epigenetic energy!
Interesting, but 164% is not 3X…
Any suggestions for genetic mental diseases like anxiety and OCD ?? Please
But 4 tablespoons of olive oil has 25% of average daily caloric needs. That's way too much. Yes, olive oil has polyphenols, but the law of diminishing returns applies: the amount needed for a good dose of polyphenols has too many calories. Keep it low at 1-2 tbsp max, and get way more polyphenols for a tiny fraction of the calories from berries, green tea, cocoa, spices, etc.
