  1. If he really wants to taste rattle snake, take him to Sweetwater Texas during rattle snake roundup the 2nd weekend of March every year. It's really a delicacy…Everyone needs to do it at least once

  2. The world will never compete with America for normal cuisine and the flavors of American basic cuisine. We do everything better to maintain those slim margins on the P&L. The rest of the world when it comes to normal cuisine don't live and die by such margins. The world will never pump out better grilled food, pizza, or any of their own cultural food for the price and the food safety. America lives off of flavor for value. The world doesn't.

  4. No beans in the chili. Mostly for chili competitions, but if you're short on cash and need to feed your family, it's always an option if you like beans. Being from the Midwest, we put macaroni elbows in our chili instead of beans.

  6. I'm from NY and we have steakhouses with 72oz steak challenges too. You don't have to go to Texas to try this monster steak.
