You should go to the eighth day cafe in Manchester City centre. It’s a fully vegan cafe but the quality and quantity of food for the price is excellent, especially for that area. It’s an independent workers cooperative that has been going for over 50 years. The head chef Surinder is an amazing cook that can create an unreal amount of dishes from all around the world.

Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian, Libyan…not the same but it's not any different, all Amazigh heritage and unique to the region, of course, nobody can deny south european, sahel, west african, and middle eastern influence but the main culture that keeps evolving is native which upsets a lot of pan arabist bots but yeah.
