The international order that has been in place since the end of the Second World War has never been on creakier foundations. Relations between the United States and Canada haven’t been this bad since the War of 1812. And European leaders, despite numerous trips to the White House to kiss the president’s ring, don’t seem terribly enamored with this administration either.
