Sadly Milan has gone through decades of brutal Americanisation and internationalisation which has caused most Milanese to move out of their City. In a way I think it has lost its soul to the benefit of modern capitalism and commercialisation. Nonetheless it still makes a nice weekend trip.
Every Summer, I eat tartufo estivo in Acqualegna, Marche.
