I have been craving this pasta since 6 am when I jumped out of bed! (The first day of daylight savings). Today I am eating the 5 year old Agropur cheddar and an unpasterized parmesan from Italy, the store brand.
Last week, check out the video, I had some pre-shredded parm from Cracker Barrel and maybe it was my fault, because I do tend to over season but I was shocked at how salty the cheese seemed.
