DO NOT meal prep. You SHOULD ALWAYS eat fresh. If you don't consume your food right away just toss it. It's dead and you won't get any benefit out of it. Never keep your leftovers. Just throw them out. Learn how to cook small portions so you WON'T WASTE IT.
Don't have money for fresh always
I only meal prep the day before but I can’t do 3-4.. 5 days ahead. First of all, I want it fresh as possible, secondly there are time I skip meal because I am too busy.

I believe microwave is lowering nutritional value of food by changing angle between atoms in molecules. I believe there's a research done on it.
You can buy bamboo lids to replace the plastic ones. When you buy tumblers for travel keep in mind most of them slap on a recycled plastic lid.
I only use glass storage containers for food. I use stainless steel drinking utensils with a stainless steel straw.
