Dear Megan, let those who invented spaghetti (i.e., Italians) decide how to cook it. You go ahead and dedicate yourself to something else; cooking is not your thing.
It is not her recipes that make me flinch. It is the way she touches and handles food. Her fingers are shoving and digging into the food awkwardly. The food to her is a bothersome tool to use so that she can talk about herself endlessly. She does not enjoy cooking. There is no grace or love in her cooking process.

She's not a qualified cook and does not pretend to be just like so many other cooks. She is however creative and inventive and full of love for her family and friends. I really enjoyed watching and will continue to love her ideas and fresh food especially the garden
Meghan Markle is loved by many. I watched her show and tried a couple of her recipes and they turned out magnificent! That skillet pasta dish was delicious. She’s not pretending to be some super chef. She’s just trying to share her love for home and hosting for people she loves. Don’t hate on her. Just watch something or someone else’s show.

I just made this as a last-minute brunch for guests. It's easy easy and very delicious. I added a boat load of parm because my Italian hubs loves parm. To each his own!
