What a fantastic property in the heart of this very popular town next to the amazing Maiella national park, the coast and ski resorts. The property is in excellent condition in parts and has plenty of develop options to increase the habitable space.

I love our morning walks!
What I like about this one is first, the size. It would accommodate guests, and I would have guests if I was in Italy.
The second thing is the old part is like a country farm house. I'd decorate it as such with country antiques that I would thoughtfully enjoy hunting down and restoring. but I'd really want the garage for shop space. It's a shame it's not included.
But it is a project and it wouldn't be cheap to get it complete. but still probably worth it. Getting it tied together would take some good design work. but everything is there. Plenty of space. How many bedrooms did it have? I lost count. needs better bathrooms..
And as to your walk arounds, how could I tell if I was really interested if I have no idea what the neighborhood is like. Those are good.
Another stunning property, Dave, with lots of potential. Area just as I recall from the Nov tour last year. Take Care.
Yes, David, I luv your little walks around. You bring us right into the towns… don't stop!!
Dave….NEVER reduce the size of a doorway….I tell you this as seasoned architect who worked for over 40 years in the Hamptons…USA.
LUV THIS HOUSE !!! I know what Id do…
Dave create an ensuite with walk in closet
Another ensuite
Make a roomy bath with washing machine
I want to see this house in person!
keep talking and walking as its from interest what the souroundings are to a property , that way you learn about your potential neighbourhood what Restaurants , Cafes , Shops are in walking distance , and a bit about the historical background of certain towns, that way you know a bit of the town and possibly where you cound park your car before you buy
I love your walks!! Thank you !
I appreciate your walks. They show the neighborhood, which is very important to choice. Who wants a good house in a rundown neighborhood?
Right Dave so now we have got you remembering to bring the measure but now you are forgetting g to use it. Ok so another 3 months and you might , just might put the two together , so we get measure and measuring at the same time. Just a thought ❤
This town is a personal favorite
It doesn’t look handicap friendly,I’m in a wheelchair can we see some houses for handicap people ❤️your videos ❤️Thank you
Very good price and a lot of potential 👍
The Gong Show next door.
Great kitchen and loads of potential, but after all the build up, the roof terrace was very disappointing, small and not enticing enough.
I love the walks through the towns ❤😊🇦🇺
Sorry but that house has to include the garage. Otherwise, no sale. Not for me. Don't chop up a house and try to sell pieces of it.
The older part is delicious!
Perfect property ❤
Nice
Thank goodness for fast forward.
Nice project though.
the church bells would never let me live in one of these towns
I enjoy the opportunity to see the neighborhood and what's in the area. Keep it up, please. The new kitchen is about ideal.
The first part of the house you showed was a kitchen and a bedroom that's all that was finished. The rest is unusable till it's redone. Money, hiring workers, permits, it's alot of work to try and make this a cohesive place to live. To chopped up would take way to much money. Basically you're just buying a kitchen and one bedroom.
Does anyone ever clean things? Tons of junk lying around.
Your talking and walking is my favorite part.
Gorgeous town I just bumped into your account and subscribed thanks for the incredible home videos and town details around
I really like this one, in particular the old part. I actually like the way it winds around; it is a really cool space with tons of potential.
This may be the nicest and most affordable place for the value that I’ve seen. This one is truly SPECTACULAR!
Love this one. Could live in the refurbished part & just forget about the old part..I'd leave that for the next owner & sit out on the terrace in the Winter sun instead of DIYing. Stairs are good unlike many of the properties. Plenty of light.
Beautiful place, great price, amazing potential. Fara San Martino is absolutely stunning! We love your walks around the towns at the beginning that is probably one of our most favorite things about your videos. Looking forward to the next David.
I love the channels that want to bitch about people in their own comments, why do you care?
The property is a mess. Sorry. It's not even close to a property ( a house) for 68 k from one of the previous videos.
Seems like every village has a guy who hangs around waiting to ring the bell every 15 minutes all day long.
I actually like your voice very calming. Keep up the good work! 🏡
Every time he says the word stunning, take a drink of brandy. You could be nicely pissed.
WOW! I love it, if only it had a garden!
