Renovation episode 33. Planning ahead for building materials to be delivered ready for the french drains, terraces and retaining walls. The deck has to make way – the time has come. Also, this is best place for the septic tank.
This is the last of the three updates from my recent 10 day flying visit to Italy. A short but busy trip to get a lot of work done to set up as best I can to take on bigger projects through spring.
The weather, being January, is changeable and does catch me out. Luckily I had enough time to plant a few more olive trees while fixing the existing olive trees following the helpful tips and advice that came in from your comments. Thank you for all the comments, tips and support.
There is a brief property for sale update at the end of the video but I think it is a good time to I updated my website fully and started to help those looking for property in Italy via that channel.

For a trail cam look into Stealth Cam. Their Deceptor Max Cellular Trail Cams are great. Only needs cell service to operate, plus batteries. Batteries last a long time and the picture quality is great.

Ahh Richard, the deck appeal – it's all about the escape, THE DREAM SCAPE. In this crazy world we live in, just to be able to flop into that deck chair, breathe, rest, dream, drift with colors of the sunset, and glaze at the twinkling stars. Privacy, space, greenery, and the openness… the list goes on. Yes, there is deck envy from some, but there are those that appreciate your sharing your dream. I have watched from the start but haven't commented in a while just due to the volume of responses.

All the hard work is so going to be worth it, and sooner than you think. The thingamabobby is called a rootball. Good enough timing to transplant the trees before the rootball started to spread out. I watch because its a renovation and its in Italy. Also, enjoy who you are and have a vision that is changing both the landscape and you as you manifest it

Well done, they should be healthy for years to come, and outlive you. : ) That's what we want with trees.
