Rhode Islander here ✋🏼. We call this party pizza and it is found in almost every bakery and grocery market. The pizza strips are served at every cookout or party around here which first took us by surprise when we moved here years ago. Thanks for the recipe 😊
Is it soft or crispy? I always par bake my pizza crust to avoid sogginess. With all that sauce directly on unbaked exposed dough, I am wondering about the final result's texture. 🤔🍕

Yea this is Rhode Island Party Pizza lmao. The audacity to call it something else is hilarious. 😅😅😅😅😅
Oh! This is called Roma pizza, a Hamilton specialty.
Never underestimate dehydrated tomato sauce. I thought rhode islanders were crazy till I tried it myself. It's basically a big umami slap in the face
