Valentina Passalacqua is a living testament to authenticity in wine growing. She is a mother first to her two daughters and second a mother to her beautiful land in Gargano, Italy. Growing a variety of Southern Italian style grapes, Valentina practices permaculture, biodynamics, organic agriculture and mindfulness in everything she grows. When tasting her wine you feel the amount of love that comes from that land and from her heart.
