Hey y’all! Not our healthiest meal, but DEFINITELY the kids’ favorite (or one of them)! I am pretty terrible about measuring things out….I cook to taste usually, but here is the basic recipe (one recipe makes 4 squares, I double it in the video to make 8):

1.5 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1/2 block cream cheese (or 1 block substitute)
1 T. onion powder
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. Italian Seasoning
1 can crescent rolls
3 T. butter (or butter substitute)
1/4 c. panko + 2 t. Italian seasoning

Combine chicken, cream cheese, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until well mixed. Make 4 squares with your crescent rolls and fill each one with equal amounts of the filling. Bring all 4 corners of the rectangle together at the top and pinch edges together firmly. You will end up with a “X” on top and a “square”. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle the panko/Italian seasoning on top. Follow crescent roll directions to bake (I usually do 12 minutes at 375 degrees). Enjoy!
