Ingredients:
β€’ Β½ kg Boneless Chicken
β€’ 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
β€’ 1 tbsp Coriander Powder (Dhaniya)
β€’ 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
β€’ 1 tbsp Garlic-Ginger Powder
β€’ 1 tbsp Namak Shamak Special Masala
β€’ Oil (for frying)
β€’ 2 cups Pasta (boiled with salt & oil)
β€’ 1 tbsp Butter
β€’ 1 Capsicum (chopped)
β€’ Β½ cup Milk
β€’ ΒΌ cup Cream
β€’ Β½ tsp Red Chili Flakes
β€’ Β½ tsp Black Pepper
β€’ Salt (to taste)

Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: Marinate chicken with red chili powder, coriander, turmeric, garlic-ginger powder, and Namak Shamak Masala. Let it rest.
Boil Pasta Cook pasta in salted water with a little oil. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce: In a pan, melt butter, add capsicum, then pour in milk and cream. Season with red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix and add boiled pasta to the sauce and mix well until creamy and coated.
Fry the Chicken: Fry the marinated chicken until golden brown, then cut it into strips.

Assemble & Serve: Top the creamy pasta with crispy fried chicken and enjoy! ✨
