What is this dude telling about Mozzarella in Italy😂 there are thousands of Mozzarella Manufactures in Italy who Produces like back in the days…..come on 90% of the things they made in the U.S in the Italian Restaurants have nothing to do with Italian tradition……..they came 100 years ago and make it over the years American Style and thats fucking OK……!
