  2. That cantina is dreamy! The whole property left me speechless. Valerie has a talent that needs to be shared! She should start a restoration consultation service. Just amazing all around!

  5. cantina is cool…but not liking the entryway…feels like a dark energy…not enough windows for me, light and sun is needed..thank you for showing Nick

  9. What an excellent restoration! My favorites are the cantina and the room with the vaulted ceiling. Somehow I missed the original video. After watching it, I have a greater appreciation for the owner's vision and execution. This property was definitely in good hands. Nick, thanks for sharing.

  10. Stunning…. Extremely talented, excellent taste! It’s luxurious yet not overwhelming…. Fantastic . Thank you both for sharing !

  11. An amazing restoration! The owner chose so many beautiful finishes with such an eye for detail. Staying true to the original structure while mixing in modern features in the bathrooms took careful balance. Love it! Thanks for sharing!

  12. Coś pięknego, fantastycznego, cudownego ! Można oglądać bez końca. Wielki szacunek dla Właścicielki za ogrom pracy, który wykonała . Chapeau bas !!!

  13. I like the restoration.. actually not really. Cluttered with furniture and too dark on the first floor, it feels like a dungeon rather than the sun and beauty of Italy. In addition, crucifixes and religious paintings are not at all suitable for rooms such as the toilet. I would replace the white kitchen backsplash tiles with something in a terracotta color to match the bricks on the vaults, I would find a way to bring back the old shine to the walls and ceilings. I respect and appreciate the effort to preserve this wonderful heritage, I adore old Italian towns and buildings… but I'm not quite OK with this house.
