  2. Italian meatballs are small. Italians rarely use garlic. These are American meatballs. Nothing Italian about this.

  3. you could….make the polenta the day before and chill in a pan that gives at least 1in thick layer. cut into generous squares and fry them in evol, then add the meatballs

  4. Not gonna lie. I actually stocked up on squeeze garlic from my Aldi. for the 20$ I spent, it will help a ton! Great job breaking the glass pot head. LOL

  6. Any chance you miscounted your knife giveaway supply amount last year and have one left over you need to give to someone???? Like me possibly? Or possibly just some odd STCG trinket laying around that just keeps getting in your way. Hate to think of you having to move a cast iron pan, griddle, kitchen towel, tee-shirt, or the like out of your way everytime you need to make a video. Ill gladly help you tidy the place up and take it away for you. 🤪

  7. So, what happens when you don’t have all the ingredients needed to make this? Easy, you substitute.

    Starting off I didn’t have any Italian sausage so I mashed up a bunch of those little wieners you get in a can. I did 4 cans. I bought some hamburgers, no cheese, and used the beef patties instead of the Wagyu. For breadcrumbs I just used the buns the burgers came with. I had some eggs and I went ahead and fried them in some leftover grease that I cooked catfish in.

    See, that’s using my gray matter. Save on cooking time.

    I’m not sure what spices I used. I just took whatever was in the spice rack. Instead of Parmesan Reggiano I used a whole tube of that ‘cheese’ that comes in a green tube. Who doesn’t love that stuff. It has more than your daily recommended intake of sawdust

    Since I was smart I didn’t have to worry about heating up the kitchen. Everything was already cooked.

    I put everything on a plate and took it to the dining room so my family could enjoy my creativity.

    My wife filed for divorce, one of my children actually called the police and the dog did his business on my leg…

  9. Hey dude! I buy pre peeled garlic and buzz it in a mini robo coup, better than the tube crap. Run your onions thru that too or onions and garlic together….. Meatballs look dreamy bruh!

  11. Man that looks great. Only thing you forgot was an AED (Auto External Defibrillator) as a side . . . for the pending heart attack.

  12. For a healthier version, instead of bread crumbs I use pork rind crumbs. I use it for coating chicken too and it's way better than bread crumbs or flour. You can buy panko rinds or just crush a bag of them up.

  13. OMG the flashbacks I'm having with the broken glass and a chain restaurant and bottomless mimosas. Yup put that together and some imagination. Any how Sam Max Stroganoff!! Beef Stroganoff! Could you please make this a few different ways as there so many ways to make it. I even like to spice it up a bit. Curious to find out if you can make on the traeger. Dunno sounds like a cool concept.

  18. I saw this and I had to make it for dinner! It turned out delicious!!! My kids and husband loved the meat balls! 3/4 of us loved the polenta I’m shocked the kid that didn’t like felt that way she’s my Mac n cheese kid. Anyhow this is going into rotation! LOVE LOVE LOVED IT! Thanks Sam and crew!
