Keys to having a successful restaurant:
– Focus more on quality than quantity
– Accept changes in the location and menu well
– Don't let the restaurant hire vultures and wolves in disguise
– Prevent arrogance and greed from taking over
– And if you'd like to open a restaurant, but you know of a profession other than cooking, it's better to dedicate yourself to what you're good at (as the saying goes, shoemaker, stick to your shoes)
– Don't force the family to participate in the business
