  1. Thank you but could you slow down your camera movement I was feeling nauseous after watching
    Watch Nick grand for pointers

  2. Interesting, but needs a lot of work and money just to update the living spaces, plus the outdoor infrastructure, roofs, drainage, grading and parking. Probably quite a bureaucratic challenge to pull permits to renew and operate the winery as well, just add lots of money. How do you make a small fortune in the wine business? Start with a large one!

  3. Lol 1.5 million? And have to add at least another 0.5 to make it slightly modern. NO WAY !!! The Italians think they are selling gold hahahaha….

  4. The Price was Cheap at a Million and a Half 1,480,000 euros or dollars, Was that Just for The Mansion or include the Chianti Grape Land Be a Great project for Six Couples far from the madding crowd writing books restoration another Million or more

  5. We spent a week at a farm house in that same area many years ago. It's a beautiful area, and when the sun is out, it's spectacular.
