Afraid I don’t like the kitchen in a hallway or the overall layout of the bedrooms.. Odd having bedroom off the kitchen. IMO little feels homely about the apartment. All those stairs would get annoying very quickly, unless you are a very young couple. The windows & the terrace however are great.
I agree that the great kitchen is best where it is. I've always like large livingrooms especially for friends and family.

This was truly a stunning property Dave. Absolutely loved it! It was just beautiful, they did amazing work, we love all the space and the outdoor terrace and that wash room/extra storage was great, not to mention the great storage below outside. This was a winner for sure. 👍

The quality of the renovation is excellent ( at least it looks that way ) , shame about the two flights of stairs to get there. I am not so keen on the kitchen in the middle of the space, I would have built that at the front ( the hobby area ) and still kept the large living room. I would have a formal dining table where the kitchen island is and have even more space in the living room. The ‘conservatory, is a great bonus as is the roof terrace!
My only other ‘gripe’ is the obsession with having a bidet, to me it’s a real waste of bathroom space ( which is usually at a premium anyway ) , I live in continental Europe and have never met anyone who uses a bidet! But all in all a stunning property for the price.
To the farmasist in Sulmona and back in 29minutes with Ebike. And the cycling paths are more than decent around the village.

WOW wow wow! You'll never be able to outdo yourself after this one, Dave! 2 full baths? A separate laundry/utility/pantry room? A tiled terrace off of an enclosed porch with it's own oven? 2 storage areas? Be prepared to be flooded with emails. Stunning doesn't do it justice.
I love it. I would put my recliner in that sunroom and enjoy the view. The stairlift makes this possible for my 77 yr old rheumatoid arthritic body. Now for the money….

I love the town and the apartment is amazing with a stunning roof top terrace, so much space and completely renovated.
It's very nice the living room is huge the bedrooms are nice. I would have done the kitchen different it is odd to have your kitchen sink facing the bathroom. Since it's a holiday home I would have just lined up the sink and kitchen stove against the wall where the black couch is the fridge was on that side . Could have put a nice table for everyone to sit around.

The o my thing with the kitchen is they seemed to go to effort to put the chair lifts in but it would be very difficult to navigate that kitchen if you are mobility impaired.
This home has a bell tower just 20 meters from the balcony? Do they ring every hour all nite! Yikes.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Talk about value for money! Unbelievable! For me, this is the dream, Dave. And I’m SO glad the church bells went off again while you were inside because although I actually love the church bells, I was really curious how loud they were from inside with the church being so close.
When I was younger, we lived very near to train tracks and although the trains were very loud, I know from that experience that after a while, your brain stops registering the sound, and even massive trains rolling through town don’t disturb you. So I was already thinking that even though the church bells seemed a little too loud for me from outside, that I would acclimate pretty quickly.
But I was still very curious just how loud they were from inside. Then right on cue, they began to ring while you were doing final thoughts. And they were significantly softer, so that seals the deal for me. For anyone considering this property, if you were worried about the bells, after about just a month, you wouldn’t even hear these unless you were trying. If I were ready to take the plunge right now, this would be absolutely be IT!! Thanks Dave! This place is absolutely gorgeous! 🔔🥰😍
The whole apartment has excellent use of space, it looks gorgeous. I don't know about the Darth Vader marble tiles in the living room…

I think a great holiday home for 2 who have occasional guests, like grown up kids. Not an ideal full time home; Bathroom too close to the kitchen (so yeah, don't go to the toilet while someone is in the kitchen or they will hear and smell everything!), anything cooking in the kitchen then the smell goes into all the bedrooms, and the "pocket doors" don't look like they would stop noise between all the rooms. Also no air-con for the summer months when it's very warm. However, as a part-time "home from home" (or maybe a home for just one person) – it's wonderful. Modern, lots of storage, balcony etc.
