  1. it looks a little bit like the modernist chef has clubbed fingers – no judgement at all, but this can sometimes be a sign of heart/lung diseases or even some cancers.
Please tell him to get it checked out if he hasn’t !!

  2. Appreciate that the Japanese chef and the Michelin star chef used filters. It's all theoretically cool, but in practice people still find egg shells, which feels awful everytime.

  3. I find the comments about the airline chef funny. That kind of meals are the reason people with digestive problems or IBS are in a lot of pain and discomfort during and after the flight. Unpealed zucchini, bell pepper and muchrooms… Well, if you want to be bloated, gassy and have a lot of cramps then you should eat that. Hope chefs one day will get aware of those problems, and use other vegetables that don't cause problems like that.

  4. Just concerned and wanted to add this since I noticed the gentleman at 13:10. His nails look like nail clubbing which is a strong indication of underlying lung disease, if he hasn’t already been seen for it I hope he does just in case to be safe!

  5. Garlic with everything in America! Crazy, lazy, an alternative to subtle introduction of proper flavour. Garlic ruins everything it touches. The French omelette was closest.
