    선생님들께서 매번 가르침을 주시고, PDT (Please don't tell) 의 강사 이시행, 임다정 쌤들이 바쁘신 와중에도 교육을 해주신 덕에 WSET Level 3 을 디스팅션으로 패스 했습니다.

    패트릭 선생님께서 쓰신 잔은 PDT 쌤들이 수입하시는 X wineglass 로, 내돈내산 으로 4개를 구매해서 매일 쓰고 있습니다. 가브리엘 골드, 잘토를 주로 썼었는데, X 와인 잔 들을 산 이후로는 넘 이뻐서 다른 잔들은 한번도 사용을 안했네요. 공기처럼 가벼워요. 강추 드립니다 !

  2. This shows me how different people are. I have been interested in wine for over 50 years, so I have discovered a few things, particularly about my own preferences.
    I do love NV Champagne that I have cellared for a couple of years. Also, I cannot stand young Barolo, especially from good years, even accepting improvements to wine making techniques. I am currently drinking 2011 and 2012 – both are delicious right now to my palate. Interestingly, although I have both Brunello and Chianti in my cellar and I enjoy both but if I had to choose only one to drink for the rest if my life it would be the former.
    I agree that it is possible to drink well fairly cheaply. At the moment, I am drinking Chilean Limari chardonnay in preference to white Burgundy, for example. And yesterday evening I opened a delicious Negroamaro from southern Italy, which cost about £10.
    I also agree about exercise: I still run, cycle and go hill-walking at the age of nearly 70.

  3. I had a really nice Australian Nebbiolo 2017 VINEA MARSON Nebbiolo. Then later a more expensive Baro in an 5 star hotel bar where the tannins were much higher and it was overall less enjoyable.

  5. I have an important question.
    I've seen a few dozen vids or Peter and I'm missing his take on a certain wine/grape type…
    The someliers worst nightmare, a Primitivo, especially the Primitivo di Manduria.
    Please ask Peter to make a tasting review of Primitivo and why it's something MW or someliers usually avoid speaking about. After all, it's the number 1. wine you bring to a dinner as a present in most European countries.

  8. I would recommend doing open questions to these to Philosophers , if its closed make sure you’ve made youre due diligence as well.

  9. 혹시 또 q&a 하시나요?
    나파나 보르도 레드와인들이 출시 후 몇년 뒤부터 숙성이 어느정도 될때까지 향이나 맛이 확 죽는 기간(dumb phase)이 있다고 들었는데 왜그런지, dumb phase에 대한 의견 여쭤보고싶습니다
