Copycat Olive Garden salad dressing

Olive Garden salad dressing

* ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
* ⅓ cup white vinegar or ACV
* ¼ cup water
* 1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
* ½ tsp sugar , or honey
* 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
* Salt
* Ground black pepper

This recipe makes a large batch. I use it as a ratio guide and usually make a 1/4 batch and adjust seasonings and ingredients to my taste.
