  1. I would like to hear how the chicken crust tastes? Like chicken? Like regular pizza crust? Did I miss them saying it?

  2. Sarah's husband is right. You should always cut meat against the grain. If not, it will shrivel up and the meat will be tough.

  3. Great way to thicken cream sauces without flour is adding cream Cheese!!! Philly is pretty clean if you don’t want to pay a fortune for something from Whole Foods or a boutique dairy 😉. That’s how I make “gravy” now.

  4. Your steak looks like that because your pan isn’t hot enough to sear the meat. When it’s that thin, it cooks in 30 seconds when the pan is hot.

  6. I love the chicken pizza crust pizza. You should bake the chicken a little while by itself before mixing in the other ingredients. It dries out the chicken some so it’s not too wet. It holds together much better when you have the final crust.

  7. You needed an iron skillet and having it smoking hot before you throw the meat in. Also be sure your meat is salted, dry, and room temp before putting it in the pan or it'll steam itself like that

Im on day 2 of carnivore 🤪 thought id give it a go having been largely keto for 3+ years and put on weight end of last year – not loads but enough and im not shifting it – my scales havn’t moved for a week / 10 days and ive taken a leaf out of your book to mix it up a bit with full on carnivore.

  9. I tried this pizza crust today. BEST 'chicken crust' I've tried to date!! 😋… Only change I made was I did 400 degrees in the convection oven, then cooled for 10 minutes, flipped it and cooked the underside for another 10 so it was nice and browned 👍
