  1. Thank you Mary Beth. I do love a good estate sale. And I've never seen such an extensive David Winter collection. Oh my.

  2. Hi Mary Beth, goodness me that house was filled with great finds. Love that chandelier those chairs, curio cabinets. Waterford biscuit barrel was a great price. Have a great week. TTFN

  3. Great estate sale!! I like that Waterford chandelier, but, I love the Waterford chandelier you had bought a few months ago – yours is beautiful! I'm sure you're enjoying it. I really like that Lenox Autumn china – what a great price. What a different Fenton vase. I love Fenton and have quite a bit of it in my curio. I also really like that Waterford cowboy hat – hope you got that – it's perfect for Texas! I wish I could have bought that American Brilliant Cut glass pitcher – I only have a few pieces but I love ABC glass. Oh, and the Steuben! Loved that. I was born and raised in beautiful upstate NY only 90 minutes from Corning, NY. I've been to the Corning gift shop a few times over the years and helped their economy, LOL! It's a beautiful gift shop; you would love it I think. Loved that Howard Miller clock too. Thank you for taking us along on this estate sale; great video! I'm going to watch this video again; so many great things to see!

  4. Hello Mary Beth from West Virginia. This is my first time commenting on your Utube channel. I just want to thank you for your great videos. You have taught me much about finding great things! I hope you have a wonderful day 😊

  5. They collected many of the same things I collect, and I would have spent a LOT of money there! Much of what I find at thrift stores has some damage.

  6. Great estate sale and information! Don’t forget only the South doesn’t have basements. Basements here in NY have great finds and usually holiday! 😊

  7. I love beautiful things, but considering the fortune that the collections in this home must have cost has really made me consider if owning so much is a wise choice. I love to travel and think the beautiful memories would be a good trade for such large material possessions.

  8. I feel like I know this person! All the buns and the cats and crystal oh my! The Japanese dinner service is incredibly goregous and elegant I have that pointy bottle green bottle with the topper, sadly you did not comment lol. Love this tour! Thank you Lady Mary Beth!! Your videos are top shelf! ✨💎

  9. Thanks for posting such a great video ❤
I saw my tiny book in there(20$!)
"The Picture of Dorian Grey" is displayed at Halloween along with my lenticular picture of a handsome young man/ monstrous-looking.
It makes for a very apt Halloween vignette 😄

  10. My eye went right to the biscuit barrel. It's on my wish list. Great tip on the Waterford ornaments. What did you purchase? I hope you got the large Waterford platter!!

  11. I so enjoy watching you attend estate sales, you are so informative and interesting to watch. You help me bea better informed collector, thank you for all your knowledge

  12. I've been a collector of David winter for years, my favourite is the oast house, as I live in Kent England ,where there are still oast house some converted to live in.

  13. Oh my! The David Winter collection was quite impressive. My sister collected them when her husband was stationed in England in the early 80’s. I was gifted a cottage that is signed by David Winter. When he would do signings my sister would make sure go to the location to purchase several. She was witness to all of the signings.

  14. Just waking up in cold cold amazing amount of snow and snow shovelings needed country appreciating so much the quality and learning with you. My Mimi (maternal grandmother) had several different cane back chairs and one just like those in beginning and that same Norman Rockwell book on her coffee table. I Love glass and beautiful things and lots of traditional but a good mix. This house just makes me ache a little…such a beautiful collection of furniture that has been loved and used over the years….I just have an absolitely fantastic time looking at table scaping sites and different dining rooms and tables settings for people who adore collecting dishes and doing that..this woman had a lovely home and sharing in that way. I really can be such a variety of tastes very pleased shopping this way and you know if the objects you purchase put in your home were in a happy/good/cared for place…with "good feelings" about it….I think that is important if possible…one can just use your senses but one can really know about a piece of furniture or collections love from an estate sale over a thrift store. I have a girlfriend that emmigrated here as a child from Ireland with her parents around her younger comfirmation age and has a LOT of the Lismore pattern from her family….I never saw the lamp…I adore you knowledge.and show…thank you so.

  15. Lenox Autumn was so popular in the eighties, good buy.😊 I love the etched glass. Collected Heisey glass for a bit, popular wedding gifts in the forties and before, still have the guide book, but not very many pieces now, can't keep everything.
