I have previously covered other classic and the hip wine bars of Florence—now how about a little luxury? If that sounds more like what you’re looking for, then I suggest you head to Procacci. Serving up elegance since 1885, Procacci is one of the best spots for a filling aperitivo of local fine wine and delicious panini.

And just around the corner is: Enoteca Bellini: Via della Spada, 52/r, 50123 Firenze. Small & cosy. A nice chilled atmosphere with a nice selection of wines by the glass and fantastic. An inventive menu. A great start for your evening and a perfect place for an apertivo but please know that it does get quite busy.

Now, I was walking by and I saw this small wine bar so I gave it a chance. Great quality with many wine options for you to try. In Vino Veritas also has good reviews.
