Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.

Creamy Tuscan Crockpot Chicken
4-6 chicken breasts
1 Tbs minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs Italian dressing (packet)
1 jar chopped sundried tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth

Cook on high 4 hours / low 6 hours

Pull chicken out to shred or rough chop it in the crockpot.

Add
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 full head of chopped spinach

Cook on low 20 more minutes and serve over spaghetti squash, pasta, or rice.
