  1. That actually does happen in the U.S. – have had folks knocking on the door to say "I grew up here; can we come in?" Maybe it's a southern thing?

  2. I arranged for my folks to visit 3 prior houses of my childhood one evening many years ago. We just took a quick look around and chatted with the current owners. We brought photos of the houses from those years and had pleasant meetings with each.

  3. 😂 you guys are too lazy to plan a vacation. You just go along for the ride. Let’s be real, you all rely on your partners to do all of the work and then you just sit back and take credit.

  4. Great interview, l can relate l am from chi town, and l am italian just the way how Sebastián answers with the accent cracks me up, u gotta luv him. 😊

  5. My first vacation with my boyfriend was Wisconsin Dells. He was shocked I hadn’t been there before.

  6. My Dad was back in New England and went to our house in Bedford NH (Birchwood Circle) and knocked on the door. He told them he had built the house in '70 and could he look around. They picked his brain about the house; it DOES happen in the U.S.!

  7. I never knew Seth had a Brother and also never knew he had a podcast, loved it and looking forward to the next one

  8. Am I the only one who reads all the comments while listening! Looove the comments!!! Thank you all 🙌

  9. You 2 are a piece of Americana ! So fun and bring back lotsa memories w/our 'wagons' … ❤ and my Dad, an engineer, drove an old Renault to IBM for decades and when I was getting my license he got me a … Renault but it was a stick and I couldn't get it wah wah wah so I ended up gettin a '78 Toyota Celica which was cool 😎

  10. Joe Sullivan developed muscular dystrophy, so your jokes about broken legs felt a little offensive. . . . . I'm sure Mr. Sullivan taught you to be "Wilder than Captain Arab" and that Ks and Zs are funny. Seth paid such a nice tribute to Wally Lubelcyzk. It would have been nice to honor Joe Sullivan & his encouragement of wit; writing; & bulllshit deflectors.

  11. My father was a barber, from the time they decided to take a vacation and until it was over my father was convinced his customers would all find another guy to cut their hair. Up until the minute we left he would threaten to cancel because he could not afford to lose the business. It was good to hear someone else had a dad like mine. The other downside, the guys that they did find to cut their hair never did the job the same way that he did and ruined months of training and care that my dad took with each head.
