  1. I love it… I'd make some cosmetic changes to soften the wall color… Fabulous balcony and views… all in a charming village! Hope you are feeling better! My emojis seem to be on vacation! On another note, as an American, I am quite wary of how other countries are viewing us at this time. Well wishes to all!

  2. Hope you get better soon, long time to feel poorly. I loved the little google map orientation thing at the beginning, really helps get a grasp of what is around.

  3. Very nice. Great price. Of course the main colors of walls i would change. Love love the true Italian door entrances around you. Views. Fantastic. 😊

  4. If I didnt buy that flat in San Martino I would have bought this one. Fantastic. I don't know this town, But wowza you are right great value. Single person it's perfect. I did not want to go up and down steps once I get to the apartment. But this is great.

  5. I also agree with others about the wall color. That strong yellow is totally distracting and more appropriate for cake frosting or a cartoon. An understated pastel would be much better. I love the balcony space and the almost overhead view of the town. I grew up in a highrise apartment building, so the view has a sense of familiarity to it. All in all a fantastic property for the price!

  6. I like this one. Great view. I would investigate moving the kitchen into the living room and make the current kitchen the living room because it is wider. Is there a train station in Attessa?

  7. That's a great value property … nice views and great location. A little interior paint and you're all set!

  8. I guess I am not feeling like it’s a special bargain, but it seems fair to me. Perhaps it’s a bargain for a larger city that has lots of businesses and services.

It has only 1 bedroom, and the living area is pretty narrow. On the plus side: Long balcony with great views, medium-sized kitchen, & in good shape (although I couldn’t see the upper walls and ceilings).
